As part of a long-term succession plan, you will gradually grow into the key role of Business Process Engineer and play an active part in shaping OpenEP\u2019s digital future.<\/p>\n<p><b>What you\u2019ll be working on with us<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Digitalisation and automation of business processes<\/li>\n<li>Helping to shape our digital service offering<\/li>\n<li>Contributing to the evaluation of new technologies and to innovation projects in the fields of AI\/ML and MLOps<\/li>\n<li>Developing and maintaining data integrations, ETL processes and interfaces<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating and supporting external software and system partners in the implementation, further development and operation of our applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>These are the skills that set you apart<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree in Information Technology or a related field, preferably at Master\u2019s level (we\u2019re also open to considering candidates with alternative educational backgrounds!)<\/li>\n<li>Initial practical experience in IT-based business processes, data integration or business intelligence<\/li>\n<li>An analytical mindset, along with the ability to understand and critically analyse business processes.<\/li>\n<li>A passion for digital technologies and a desire to continuously refine solutions.<\/li>\n<li>A willingness to take on responsibility within a small team, work independently and develop professionally through new tasks<\/li>\n<li>Confident manner when dealing with clients and partners, as well as very good German and good English skills<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills and a collegial working atmosphere are just as important to you as the other skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What you\u2019ll gain by joining us<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In addition to our offices in the centre of Zurich, you can work from home for up to three days a week; the rest of the time you\u2019ll work at our office in Zurich.<\/li>\n<li>Time management based on trust, as well as an attractive overall package with excellent social benefits and other perks, which we\u2019d be happy to discuss with you in person.<\/li>\n<li>Professional development with us is driven by diverse projects, our specialist career model and targeted training programmes.<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019ll take on a key role with a broad remit, a high degree of independence and the freedom to shape your work.
