Customer satisfaction also remains high. In the area of innovation, OpenEP introduced new products that strengthen the competitiveness of its customers. We would particularly like to highlight the development of an AI-based solution for optimising energy management.<\/p>\n<p>A special highlight of the past financial year was our 10th anniversary <a href=\"https:\/\/openep.ch\/bildergalerie-10-years-openep\/).\">celebration<\/a> in Winterthur.<\/p>\n<p>You can find an overview of the last fiscal year in the new <a href=\"https:\/\/openep.ch\/en\/?post_type=openep_report&amp;p=3249&amp;preview=true\">Short Report 2023\/24<\/a>.
