Issues such as the security of supply and high energy prices have taken centre stage, pushing the discussion about the climate into the background. These events highlight the fundamental role that energy plays in international relations and makes Switzerland\u2019s position \u2013 with its tense relationship with the EU \u2013 all the more complex.
